Fluid Update - Muxtape Coverflow Restored
Fluid users may have noticed that after the last Fluid update (0.9.2.1) browsing Muxtape with the thumbnail plugin was no longer working. Never fear, Fluid’s developer Todd Ditchndorf heard your cries and just released version 0.9.2.2 which includes a fix for Muxtape thumbnail browsing.
Muxtape thumbnails are correctly generated. Problem here was that Muxtape generates its pages with JavaScript, and in the last release I turned off JavaScript for the WebViews that render the thumbnail web images. Now there is a configurable .plist file in the Thumbnail plugin that contains URL Patterns for URLs that should have their thumbnails generated with JS on.

for some reason when i make the muxtape ssb, it still does not show the text on any of the mixes. not only is each square blank, but now even the color of the mix does not show. i just get blank white squares. any suggestions?

oops…read your question too quickly. yes, i recreated my ssb from scratch. i was following the video instructions given by the blog “internet jogging”.

Fluid actually has muxtape support built right in these days so you don’t need to go through the whole tutorial to make it work. My suggestion is to try recreating the SSB with a new name and just see if it wrks with muxtape, without adding anything.
